This policy describes prohibited uses of the Axora website, platform access channels, and related infrastructure.

Prohibited Use
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, human trafficking, illegal gambling, or other prohibited financial activity.
- Attempts to bypass onboarding, screening, transaction monitoring, eligibility, jurisdiction, or provider controls.
- Misrepresentation of identity, ownership, business activity, source of funds, or transaction purpose.
- Unauthorized access, scraping, credential abuse, vulnerability exploitation, or interference with platform security.
- Use that violates applicable law, third-party rights, contractual obligations, or provider policies.
Product-Specific Controls
Approved customers may be subject to additional product, jurisdiction, provider, regulated service, sanctions, and risk rules. Those rules may be set out in platform agreements, onboarding materials, operational policies, and end-user terms.
Enforcement
Axora may restrict access, suspend activity, request additional information, reject onboarding, notify relevant partners, or take other appropriate action where misuse, risk, non-compliance, or policy breaches are suspected.
